Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is calculated through Shopify using the weight of the product and distance from either Austin, TX, or Manchester, NH.

I will ship your product within 7 days of your purchase (unless otherwise noted), please let me know if you’d like your product shipped quicker. Your product(s) should arrive within 5 business days via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or the carrier chosen at checkout.

 

International Shipping

Returned/Non Deliverable Packages

Items returned to me because of an incorrect address, unable to deliver or general "return to sender" instance will be resent only if the customer pays the new shipping charges. I will only be responsible for covering reshipping charges if the shipping error was my fault.

No shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address or "return to sender" notice. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
